New construction of 300,000 square foot distribution center in Oak Park, MI. FedEx is making the 35 million dollar investment due to the growth in the Detroit area and close proximity to major highways. FedEx currently has (3) other distribution centers similar in size in Livonia, Pontiac, Ann Arbor. The new facility will have about 220 employees.
Provided (31) EHH-401 rain resistant louvers and motorized dampers, (18) GRSI/GRSR hoods, and (47) fans, models GB w/MSAC starters, BDF, SP, CUBE, and CWB.
